The YOYOBin Nestable has been designed as a best-in-class storage and transportation container for multiple fresh produce commodities.
Available in Solid and Vented versions, with a standard 1000 x 1200mm footprint, it has an optimal design for harvest, cold storage and food processing using both local and intercontinental transportation.
The lightweight construction and unique column design allows a maximum load capacity of 500 kg, achieved with a tare weight of under 26kgs. The modular design can be easily assembled for continued use or disassembled easily to nest and reduce shipping space and costs when empty.
The YOYOBin also has an option without fork straps and columns for applications that need to stack bins only three high.

Using the YOYOBin Nestable enables you to remove single-use and heavy packaging materials from your supply chain. Eliminating cardboard and plastic will reduce the quantity of waste, as well as the emissions generated during the production of those materials that you are re-purchasing.
The lightweight design of the container reduces weight in transportation, leading to less fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Through the optimised footprint, greater nestable capacity and lighter tare weight, you will reduce the number of journeys in your supply chain too.

Preserve Quality & Freshness
YOYOBin Nestable is designed to preserve both quality and freshness of fresh produce throughout the supply chain.
Both the Vented and Solid versions of the container have been designed with contoured internal walls and a smooth surface to prevent bruising and damage.
The shape and configuration of the Nestable container has been optimised to reduce outward deformation when stacked to further reduce the risk of damaging produce during transit and handling.
The Vented option of the container allows for higher ventilation to maintain freshness of the commodity, especially during inter-continental shipping and fluctuating climates.
